Amazon launched an Android web browser app in India. The app, which is simply called Internet, is a lightweight app that uses minimal storage space and is designed to work in markets with choppy network connections.

At 2MB in size, the app is incredibly smaller in size like Google Go, Gmail Go and YouTube Go. The app will allow to browse the web with private tabs which means the websites you visit will not be recorded on your phone.
It’s currently only available to users located in India and runs on Android 5.0 and higher devices. There is also no word yet on whether the app will be available in other markets.
