Elon Musk on his Twitter handle officially announced the upcoming Tesla event called 'Tesla AI Day' to be on August 19th.

Last year, we had a similar public event called 'Tesla Battery Day' where all the attendees were allowed to be in their car due to covid situation, and the event concentrated more on the advances and future development of Tesla batteries. Elon Musk announced a new battery technology that increases storage and reduces charging time by altering the structure of the battery and it was acclaimed by all the attendees. Apart from battery improvements, Elon gave us a hint on affordable electric cars with their upcoming battery technology.
Likewise, this year as the event name suggests, we might expect to see announcements focussed on the software side and more concentrated on Autonomy with AI improvements. The really interesting thing we might see the AI evolution with Tesla software.
