Meizu M8

The M8 is apparently due for a launch sometime in December this year. The M8 will make its first official appearance in China and then make its way here.

specs of the M8 include a 3MP camera, media player, integrated FM radio EDGE support and Bluetooth with A2DP. The handset will also be equipped with a 3.2-inch touch screen LCD and run on a version of Windows CE. There’s no word on 3G support. Some of the reports say the launch will be in December and costs approximately Rs. 21,000 for an 8GB model.

Samsung's 8MP PIXXON gets official

The Samsung M8800 Pixon handset is the world’s slimmest full-touch 8-megapixel camera phone. The word Pixon means PICS ON. As this handset if fully focussed on imaging, this has many advanced features. They are 8 megapixel autofocus camera, anti-shake technology, face and smile detection, a dual-LED flash, and a slough of other imaging enhancements. This handset also has high video recording specs. The Pixon can record 30fps video at 720x480 resolution as well as 120fps slow-motion video at 320x240 resolution.

It is a Quad band GSM mobile, measuring 107.9mm x 54.6mm x 13.8mm. It also has an accelerometer. It has Bluetooth, an FM radio, as well as GPS support, 120 internal memory, external MicroSD card slot.

The Samsung M8800 Pixon is expected to reach the france market in mid-October, but will be sold in the rest of Europe and in Asia soon thereafter.

Reuters Confirmed Nokia 5800 Coming on October 2nd

There is a lot of rumours about the release of Nokia Touch screen phone also called as NOKIA TUBE, and REUTERS confirmed its release as OCTOBER 2nd.

It will be released on October 2 at an analyst and media event in London.
The thinking here is Nokia will be able to give Nokia 5800 at cheaper rate, therefore drawing the market. The primary competition is Apple's Iphone 3G.

Motorola's new candy bar handset MOTO VE538

Even there is not any official news about his handset, this handset was there in motorola's site
It features a 2MP Camera with blogging capability, supports 3G connection, Media Player(supporting AMR, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, MP3 ,WMA, WAV, XMF, SP-MIDI and MIDI file formats), Video Player(supporting MPEG-4, H.263, H.264). The handset comes with just 10MB of internal memory that's expandable with microSD cards up to 4GB.

Nokia 5800 XpressMusic press pic

This is the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic handset. Some of the specs have been unveiled.
It has 3.2 inch display having high-resolution of 640 x 360 pixels. The 5800 XpressMusic will be the first mobile phone that will use the new operating system, Symbian S60 Taco 5.0.

T-Mobile launches T-Mobile G1 which is the first Android powered smartphone. T-Mobile G1 combines full touch-screen functionality and a QWERTY keyboard.

Yesterday Google launched a new version of Google Maps for mobile with the same street-level imagery available on desktop.
Google maps mobile will automatically detect your position without GPS. It can guide you in knowing alternate ways when you are traffic and you can search for shops and it will immediately show you their place.

Samsung introduces Samsung B2700. It uses 2G connectivity for GSM and 3G on the 2100MHz UMTS frequency band. It is a solid handset which has all the basic features in a very durable anti-shock case. Sony Ericsson's new G705

Sony Ericsson announced the new G705. The G705 has Google search on the standby screen as well as a built-in A-GPS module that backs up Google Maps and Wayfinder navigation software. It also has Google's YouTube video service, ie, you can upload video and view video in youtube. It has 2.4" QVGA resolution color display, Microsoft Exchange Activesync support for over the air synchronization of contacts, email, and appointments, and the ability to view RSS news feeds directly from the standby screen, a built-in accelerometer, Bluetooth stereo and headset support, a music player with Sony Mega Bass support, and the ability to play 3D Java games. An FM radio is on board, and WiFi connectivity enables speedy downloads. Sony Ericsson claims that the G705 weighs 98g (3.5oz) and measures 95mm x 47mm x 14.3mm (3.7" x 1.9" x .6") in size.

Motorola's MOTOJEWEL for Ladies

Motorola released MOTOJEWEL exclusively for ladies. The phone has a 3D crystal-cut and mirror finish with a purple keypad. The external display is touch sensitive. The phone has 2MP camera with 8x digital zoom and features that include - multi-shot feature, video capture and playback, and a light and landscape viewfinder. Other features are Motorola’s CrystalTalk technology, Bluetooth with A2DP, and Push Email capability.

LG unveils 8MP Camera phone-KC910

LG unveiled the successor to its popular Viewty touchscreen handset, the new KC910. This is the phone which has 8MP camera, full sized touch screen, about 14mm thickness. It has three inch 400x240 touch screen display which promises a high-quality multimedia experience. It can record videos at a maximum of 120 frames per second. The camera has xenon flash,& Schneider-Kreuznach lens.
Ofcourse there is GPS with A-GPS module, 3G (upto 7mbps download speed), Wifi connectivity.
